Hong Kong Open Indoor Rowing Championships & Charity Rowathon 2008
The most important annual indoor rowing event of the Hong Kong, China Rowing Association, will be held on 29th – 30th March 2009 at Kowloon Park. The AASFP / ROWSport Indoor Rowing Instructor Certification Course is co-organized by the Asian Academy for Sports and Fitness Professionals (AASFP), the Hong Kong, China Rowing Association, and Rowsport Asia Ltd. Through theory and practical training led by experienced fitness and indoor rowing trainer, students is able to acquire the techniques of indoor rowing as well as knowledge and skills of leading a ROWSport Indoor Rowing Class. Students will also be able to integrate indoor rowing into the training programme for individuals and special populations.

Indoor rowing is one of the fastest growing sports around the world; the 2006 Hong Kong Indoor Rowing Championship attracted over 1,400 entrants. We look forward to developing this sport even more!
