Hong Kong Open Indoor Rowing Championships & Charity Rowathon 2009 The most important annual indoor rowing event of the Hong Kong, China Rowing Association, will be held on 14th – 15th March 2009 at Kowloon Park.

AASFP / ROWSport Indoor Rowing Instructor Certification Course The AASFP / ROWSport Indoor Rowing Instructor Certification Course is co-organized by the Asian Academy for Sports and Fitness Professionals (AASFP), the Hong Kong, China Rowing Association, and Rowsport Asia Ltd. Through theory and practical training led by experienced fitness and indoor rowing trainer, students is able to acquire the techniques of indoor rowing as well as knowledge and skills of leading a ROWSport Indoor Rowing Class. Students will also be able to integrate indoor rowing into the training programme for individuals and special populations.
